Steps?

Prospective applicants must fill in the Application Form, by May 15, 2012. The admission to the School will be decided upon a selection made by the General Conference Commitee. Earlier registrations will be given priority. Notification of the acceptance will be made by June 15, 2012.

How much?

The registration fee is 890€ (VAT included) and includes full accommodation (shared rooms) and meals for five days in the ancient castle Monasterio de Piedra and lecture material.

Fly-in location?

The fly-in location can be either Madrid or Barcelona.

Local transportation?

There will be local transportation (buses) between Calatayud train station and Monasterio de Piedra on Sunday 16th (at 7pm and 8.30pm) and back on Friday 21st (3.15pm). The trip takes 45 minutes approximately.

How to arrive from Madrid/Barcelona to Calatayud?

The best way is to take a direct train from Madrid or Barcelona to Calatayud (train timetables and tickets: http://www.renfe.com/ ). The train takes 2 hours from Barcelona and 1 hour from Madrid.
